Fix highest quality setting either by investigating how to properly filter for highest video with audio or merge
Merge:
- download highest video
- download highest audio
- if video == mp4
- ffmpeg.exe -i video.mp4 -i audio.mp3 -c:v copy -c:a aac output.mp4
